We are a Singapore-based privately owned capital management and business consulting company. Currently, the SNRG team is managing a diversified private equity portfolio and working in the fields of commercial and digital banking, fintech, IT, business consulting, and project management.

SNRG management team has intensive regional expertise and specifically focuses on the leading markets in Southeast Asia such as Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines as well as emerging Eurasian regions

Our Strategic Goals

SNRG aims to achieve the following results in the following 5 years (2021-2025):

2022

Expanding microfinance operations in Vietnam and launching a digital banking projects in the Kingdom of Bhutan.

Identify opportunities in the Philippines.

2025

Increase the value of the assets under SNRG management up to USD 500 million 

2023

Obtain a fund manager license from MAS. Raise funds from investors for further business development.

Expanding our digital banking presence in Eurasia.

Founder and CEO

sultan marenov

Sultan Marenov

Over 24 years of senior experience in Commercial Banking, Microfinance, and Fintech industries. Sultan began his career at the biggest private financial institution in Central Asia and CIS countries, where he was subsequently appointed as CEO of BTA Bank in Belarus in 2005 and his 10 years of management led the bank to become the fastest growing in the region and awarded as the "Best Bank for Entrepreneurs" twice.

For 4 years since 2015, Sultan has been leading the successful and award-winning greenfield Microfinance rural banking business in Myanmar as the CEO of Hayman Microfinance. From May 2015 to June 2021 as a founding CEO of Hayman Capital Pte Ltd, Sultan built a financial group in Southeast Asia, headquartered in Singapore with more than 650 staff across the region (Myanmar, Vietnam, and Indonesia). 

Currently, he also holds seats on multiple boards of the commercial bank, Kazpost JSC (Kazakhstan), and fintech start-ups. Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and an Independent Partner of KazakhInvest in Singapore.

BA in Finance and Banking; BA in Jurisprudence, MBA from Singapore Management University and Wharton School of Executive Education.
